RULES & REGULATIONS

  • Upon arrival, a form of personal identification shall be provided and the reservation schedule, if available to complete payment.
  • On the day of departure, check out time is no later than 10:00 am, to enable the B&B personnel to complete cleaning service. Check in after 14:00 pm.
  • Normally, breakfast is served between 08:30 am and 10:00 am.
  • Smoking is strictly forbidden in all of the B&B’s rooms & areas.
  • Smoking is allowed in all outside areas, the balconies. When smoking, on windy days, we request that our guests pay special attention, to avoid any potential fire.
  • Between 23:30 pm and 08:00 am, all loud noises and any sort of disturbances are to be avoided. During the rest of the day, an adequate behavior should be kept as a form of respect to all of the guests.
  • Please keep all the outside and inside areas clean and tidy.
  • Prior to leaving your room for the day, please make sure to turn off all the lights. Additionally, make sure to firmly secure the windows and the outside shutters, especially on windy days. Don’t lay wet linen on the bed.
  • It is denied access to the B & B to others.
  • It is forbidden to use any electrical appliance.
  • Any damages caused to the B&B’s property and/or damages caused by improper use of the furnished equipment, will have to be paid for.
  • Don’t throw anything in the w.c. (only toilet paper).
  • At the end of each stay, the room and the B&B main entrance keys have to be returned. If lost or misplaced, a penalty fee of Euro 5,00 per key and € 20,00 for gate remote controll will be charged.
  • Animals are not allowed in the B&B.
  • A booking is a contract made between you and us and is made when we accept a reservation from you. When booking accommodation a non-refundable deposit is required. We will accept a reservation from you when we have received your deposit. Balance of booking is due prior or on arrival (only cash). Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • The payment the full Bed & Breakfast cost for the duration of the booked reservation is non-refundable for early departures and for any reason.
  • Room daily cleaning service from 10.30 am to 12:30 am. Any extra cleaning must be paid separately
